 Directions:

Heat for 20-30 seconds in the microwave (depends on wattage).  Apply on closed eyes for 10 minutes while laying down. If the heat feels uncomfortably hot then wait until the bag cools down and then reapply.   For best results, massage eyelids after heating to extract blocked meibum.
